What are your key pillars in life?
What are the activities that move your life forward?
When you get clear, you get focused.
🔹 Manage your bandwidth:
You can only do a certain number of tasks daily.
You also can only have a certain number of projects on the go.
When you over-commit, you overload your schedule, ending up in the Sh*t Zone.
Reduce your workload.
🔹 Intention:
You don't do anything intentionally.
You go from fire to fire daily with your attention stretched.
Stop, step back and breathe.
Then fully commit to the task at hand.
At work, be at work
With your family, be with your family.
Be intentional.
People spend a lifetime in the Sh*t Zone.
Always letting their mind be in two places at once.
Then they wonder why they feel tired, stressed and stretched to the limit.
